With over 39 years of experience in the construction industry, I’ve built my career on a foundation of precision, leadership, and a passion for progress. I started out as a payroll clerk and now I am an Administrative Manager at Duwe Metal Products, Inc. since the start of my career I have evolved from an accounting-focused background into a strategic operations leader dedicated to supporting sustainable growth and strong organizational systems.  Construction is my passion.

Since 2010, I’ve also been an active member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), where I’ve held multiple board positions—including serving two terms as Chapter President. I’ve contributed at the regional level as a Trustee and led NAWIC’s National Task Force for Camp NAWIC, a construction-focused camp for high school girls that now serves as the blueprint for chapters nationwide. This initiative reflects my commitment to building a more inclusive and diverse future for the construction industry.

I’m a mother of two amazing sons, a proud grandmother, and a passionate advocate for empowering the next generation of women in construction. My goal: to help shape a more dynamic, equitable workforce that reflects the future of our field.

I am an experienced Paint Project Manager with over 15+ years in the Construction Industry and 2+ years of hands-on expertise in managing commercial, and industrial painting projects. With a reputation for precision, reliability, and leadership on job sites, I have successfully led teams

through projects ranging from high-rise renovations to large-scale new construction, consistently delivering exceptional finishes on time and within budget. 

I am known for having a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to quality, specializes in surface preparation, coatings application, vendor coordination, and client satisfaction. My ability to blend technical know-how with strong project management skills has earned me the trust of general contractors, property owners, and fellow trades professionals alike.

When not coordinating crews or inspecting finishes, I enjoy exploring local Antique Shops, Thrift Stores, and Winery’s. My appreciation for craftsmanship and complexity extends beyond construction—whether selecting a paint system or a fine wine I always believe excellence lies in

the details. My favorite Paint project to date is Johnson Control’s Engineering Center. My

favorite wine to date is Tintero Moscato d'Asti from Sorì Gramella Vineyard.

I lead the accounting, estimating, and quality control teams at our company, ensuring that we deliver high-quality concrete road construction services for public infrastructure projects. My husband, Gillie Neshek, and I founded our company in 1994 with a shared commitment to excellence and integrity in our work.

Before launching the business, I worked in the accounting department at Dawes Rigging & Crane Rental while pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Business with a major in Accounting from UW–Milwaukee. Gillie brought hands-on expertise to our venture from his years as a Union Cement Mason, working with several companies across Southeastern Wisconsin.

I’ve been an active member of the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance since 1995 and joined the National Association of Women in Construction in 2004—both organizations have been instrumental in my professional growth.

Gillie and I have been married for 29 years, and we share our home with three affectionate cats. Outside of work, I enjoy cheering on the Brewers, gardening, attending cooking classes, and listening to local bands.

Growing up in our family's construction business gave me a firsthand look at its rewards and challenges – and it's why I'm still in the industry today. Now, my passion lies in risk management consulting at Hausmann Group, where I help businesses navigate exposures on and off the jobsite and control their expected losses. Outside of work, you'll find me exploring local national parks, tackling DIY projects at home or spending time with family.

Meet Meg Johnson, the Elle Woods of construction! She is in sales for Neenah Foundry, the leader of cast iron manufacturing. Meg has been in the construction industry for the past two and a half years and has zero plans of leaving anytime soon. This industry helped shape and teach her about hard work and that you can accomplish just about anything if you put your mind to it!

In her free time, Meg enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Dane, and their black lab, Maeve. She  enjoys camping and playing volleyball in the summertime and spends her winters tubing and catching up on puzzles or new LEGO builds.

NAWIC has been a huge motivator for Meg to further her career and do whatever it takes to get ahead, motivate others, and be the best team player she can be. She hopes her impact within the chapter will encourage others to take a leap and try something new!

I am a Customer Success Manager at Clearstory, where I leverage my experience in the construction industry to ensure clients see great results within our change order communication platform. Before joining Clearstory, I worked in the Service Department for a fire sprinkler contractor. I spent my childhood immersed in hands-on experiences, raised by my dad as if I were his “first-born son.”

Beyond work and NAWIC, I channel my passion for motorcycles as a lead mentor of an all girls, high school motorcycle build team, guiding students to design, tear down, and build a Harley Davidson flat track bike. When I’m not in the garage, you can find me on my hobby farm or traveling with my boyfriend, Carlos. My blend of hands-on expertise, mentorship spirit, and adventurous heart shapes everything I do, whether I’m partnering with clients or inspiring the next generation.

I’m an Assistant Project Manager at Hunzinger Construction Company, where I help oversee commercial construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and on budget. I take pride in bringing a unique perspective and strong leadership to the job site every day. With over 10 years of experience coaching youth soccer, I’ve built a career—and a life—centered on teamwork, resilience, and mentorship. Most importantly, I’m a proud mom to an incredible daughter who motivates everything I do.

With almost 30 years of experience as a loan officer—and a background that started in aggregate construction—I bring a solid understanding of both how homes are built and how they’re financed.

I’m here to help make the mortgage process easier for anyone buying their first home, their next home, or a 1–4 family investment property. My goal is to guide you through it all with clarity, care, and confidence.

For nearly 15 years, she has built a professional career and life rooted in intentional leadership and impact.
