I spent more than a decade coaching soccer before finding my way into construction, and looking back, the transition makes perfect sense. Coaching taught me that success comes from building strong teams, solving problems together, and helping people reach their potential, skills I now use every day as a Project Manager at Hunzinger Construction Company.

I'm proud to serve as President of NAWIC Milwaukee Chapter 105, where I'm passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive community for women in construction. I also chair the Wisconsin Construction Hike for Hope with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), combining my love for the industry with a commitment to mental health awareness and connection.

Above all, I'm a people person. Whether it's mentoring someone new to the industry, bringing teams together, or building projects that will serve our communities for years to come, I believe relationships are the foundation of great work. And when I'm not on a jobsite or at an event, you'll find me with my family and young daughter, who remind me every day why building a stronger future matters.

Rachel Priddy is a Commercial Lender at Spring Bank and serves as Controller for Arrow Construction Companies. She also supports her husband’s business, Rutkowski Enterprises LLC, a heavy equipment and fleet repair shop. Contributing to the operational side of the business has given Rachel valuable insight into the challenges and needs of small businesses. Working across banking, construction, and small business operations has fueled her passion for supporting locally owned businesses and building meaningful relationships within the industry. She is passionate about fostering connections, promoting professional development, and creating leadership opportunities for women in construction.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends and exploring new places.

As a Director of Project Management at Elevated Identity, I bring 10 years of dedicated experience within the architectural sign industry, specializing in interior environments, code compliance, and brand integration. My passion lies in navigating dynamic construction projects and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams. 

I am committed to leveraging this expertise to support meaningful initiatives within our community. I studied philosophy, which taught me to approach every project with curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for thoughtful design. When I’m not bringing large-scale brand experiences to life, you’ll find me exploring new destinations and spending quality time with my family.

Meet Meg Johnson, the Elle Woods of construction! Currently a detailer at Oshkosh Door Company, where she is gaining experience and sharpening her field skills. Meg has been in the construction industry for the past three years and has zero plans of leaving anytime soon. This industry helped shape and taught her about hard work and that you can accomplish just about anything if you put your mind to it!

In her free time, Meg enjoys spending time with friends and her black lab, Maeve. She enjoys camping and playing volleyball in the summertime and spends her winters tubing and catching up on puzzles or new LEGO builds.

NAWIC has been a huge motivator for Meg to further her career and do whatever it takes to get ahead, inspire others, and be the best team player she can be. She hopes her impact within the chapter will encourage others to take a leap and try something new!

Growing up in our family's construction business gave me a firsthand look at both the rewards and challenges of the industry and it's why I'm still passionate about it today. As a Risk Management Consultant at Hausmann Group, I help businesses navigate exposures while developing strategies to control risk and reduce losses. Outside of my role at Hausmann Group, I am actively involved in the AEC community through leadership positions, industry associations, and professional development initiatives. 

I am passionate about helping others grow, creating meaningful industry connections, and giving back through organizations such as Blood Cancer United. I am also currently writing a business book inspired by the lessons, relationships, and experiences I've gained through my involvement in the AEC industry. When I'm not working or volunteering, you'll find me traveling, participating in sports, attending sporting events, exploring national parks, or spending time with family.

Turquoise Peart is the Director of Operations at Rate, where she leads operational strategy and execution for one of the nation's premier mortgage lending organizations. With a background spanning business development, operations, and organizational improvement, she specializes in building efficient, customer-centric processes that support sustainable growth and high-performing teams.

Beyond her corporate career, Turquoise is the creator of InspirationalM Sleepcasts, a wellness-focused platform dedicated to delivering inspirational audio content that promotes relaxation, reflection, and personal empowerment. Her unique combination of operational leadership and creative storytelling reflects her commitment to helping both organizations and individuals reach their full potential.

Rachel is the Business Development Manager at Henricksen, leveraging over seventeen years of experience in the interior industry to build strategic partnerships and drive growth. 

She’s a proud mother to two sports-loving daughters, and when she’s not cheering them on, you’ll find her cultivating her professional network. 

Passionate about empowering women and uplifting friends, Rachel thrives on creating opportunities for others to succeed.

Kami is the Marketing & Business Development Coordinator and a third-generation member of Beeler Construction. Having grown up around the family business and now being involved for 5 years, she has witnessed firsthand the importance of building strong partnerships, delivering exceptional service, and fostering lasting relationships within the AEC industry.

Although new to NAWIC Milwaukee, Kami has been inspired by the organization's supportive community and is honored to serve on the Board. She is passionate about growing the Milwaukee Chapter, expanding opportunities for women in construction, and creating meaningful connections that empower members throughout their careers.

Beyond NAWIC, Kami is actively involved in several industry organizations and is dedicated to giving back through Beeler's annual Breaking Clays for Blood Cancer United fundraiser and the Light The Night campaign. Outside of work, Kami enjoys spending time locally and up north with her husband, family, and friends. Whether she's on the boat, snowmobiling, riding a UTV, or simply enjoying the outdoors, she's happiest making memories—and spoiling her miniature long-haired dachshund, Willie.

I am a Customer Success Manager at Clearstory, where I leverage my experience in the construction industry to ensure clients see great results within our change order communication platform. Before joining Clearstory, I worked in the Service Department for a fire sprinkler contractor. I spent my childhood immersed in hands-on experiences, raised by my dad as if I were his “first-born son.”

Beyond work and NAWIC, I channel my passion for motorcycles as a lead mentor of an all girls, high school motorcycle build team, guiding students to design, tear down, and build a Harley Davidson flat track bike. When I’m not in the garage, you can find me on my hobby farm or traveling with my boyfriend, Carlos. My blend of hands-on expertise, mentorship spirit, and adventurous heart shapes everything I do, whether I’m partnering with clients or inspiring the next generation.
